Use this screen to print performance review schedules and send review schedules to managers, if you are using the E-mail capability provided. Managers will use this same application to send this information back to the Human Resources department. If you are not using the E-mail capability, print this report from the Print Performance Review Schedule screen instead. Establish and maintain manager IDs in the Managers\HR Reps by Org screen in Costpoint Personnel.
You can use this application after you have set up employees and entered the Next Review Date information in the HR Data subtask of the Basic Employee Info screen in Costpoint Employee.
Use the options in this group box to select the date on which you wish to base this report and to specify whether to print/send the report to all managers or only to (a) specific manager(s).
The system date automatically displays in this field. Any active employees whose Next Review Date in the HR Data subtask of the Basic Employee Info screen in Costpoint Employee is earlier than or the same as the date entered here will display on the report. If you want to base the report on a date other than the system date, enter that date here.
Use the options in this group box to select all or specific managers to include for this report.
Select this checkbox to include all managers in this report. The default is checked. If you do not wish to include all managers on this report, uncheck this checkbox.
Use this table to select specific managers you wish to include for this report. Establish and maintain manager IDs in the Managers\HR Reps by Org screen in Costpoint Personnel.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the employee ID of each manager who should receive this report.
If the Managers/HR Reps defaulting method is “Use Managers/HR Reps by Org” in the Personnel Settings screen, Lookup lists the First Level Managers from the Managers/HR Reps by Org table. If you are manually entering a value and the Managers/HR Reps defaulting method is “Use Managers/HR Reps by Org” in the Personnel Settings screen, the Manager must exist in the Managers/HR Reps by Org table.
If the Managers/HR Reps defaulting method is “Use Managers/HR Reps by HR Org” in the Personnel Settings screen, Lookup lists the First Level Managers from the Managers/HR Reps by HR Org table. If you are manually entering a value and the Managers/HR Reps defaulting method is “Use Managers/HR Reps by HR Org” in the Personnel Settings screen, the Manager must exist in the Managers/HR Reps by HR Org table.
When you enter the employee ID, the manager's name displays in the Name column. If you selected the All Managers checkbox, you cannot enter data here. This is a required field if the All Managers checkbox is not selected.
Select this pushbutton to send the review schedule to the selected manager(s). You must print the report before this pushbutton will become available.
