Use this screen to print review form templates by manager or employee ID.
This application will be available after you have established review forms and entered the Next review date for active employees in the HR Data subtask of the Basic Employee Info screen.
If you have not been set up to print Social Security Numbers (SSNs), blanks print instead of the numbers. The ability to print SSNs is controlled by the Suppress SSN checkbox in the Maintain Users screen in Costpoint System Administration.
Use this group box to select the review form ID and the cutoff date you want to use for printing this form. You can also specify which managers should be included in the selection process.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the review form ID that you want to process. The description of the review form displays to the right of this field. This is a required field.
The system date will automatically display in this field. Any selected active employee whose Next review date in the HR Data subtask of the Basic Employee Info screen is earlier than or the same as the entered date plus 30 days will display on the report and have a review form generated. If you want to base the report on a date other than the system date, enter that date here. If you print the report by employee ID, this field will be cleared and disabled and the review form will be printed for all designated employees even if the employees do not have a review in the next 30 days.
Select this radio button to print the Review Form Template by manager ID. This report will be printed for those employees whose Manager in the Salary Info and History screen matches the designated manager ID(s) and whose Next review date in the HR Data subtask of the Basic Employee Info screen is earlier than or the same as the Effective Date plus 30 days
Select this radio button to print the Review Form Template by employee ID. If you select this radio button, the Effective Date field will be disabled. Review Forms will be printed for all designated employees whose Review Form in the HR Info subtask of the Salary Info and History screen is the same as the designated review form.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the manager/employee ID for which you want to print the Review Form Template.
If filtering by Manager and the Managers/HR Reps defaulting method is “Use Managers/HR Reps by Org” in the Personnel Settings screen, Lookup will list the First Level Managers from the Managers/HR Reps by Org table. If manually entering a value and the Managers/HR Reps defaulting method is “Use Managers/HR Reps by Org” in the Personnel Settings screen, the Manager must exist in the Managers/HR Reps by Org table.
If filtering by Manager and the Managers/HR Reps defaulting method is “Use Managers/HR Reps by HR Org” in the Personnel Settings screen, Lookup will list the First Level Managers from the Managers/HR Reps by HR Org table. If manually entering a value and the Managers/HR Reps defaulting method is “Use Managers/HR Reps by HR Org” in the Personnel Settings screen, the Manager must exist in the Managers/HR Reps by HR Org table.
When you make an entry in the ID field, this field is automatically populated with the name of the manager or employee. This is a display-only field.
