Use this screen to print completed review forms for a specified period of time.
You can run this program after you have completed review forms for employees.
If you have not been set up to print Social Security Numbers (SSNs), blanks print instead of the numbers. The ability to print SSNs is controlled by the Suppress SSN checkbox in the Maintain Users screen in Costpoint System Administration.
Use this group box to select the date(s) and manager(s) for which you want to print review forms.
Use this group box to enter a date range for selecting completed review forms.
Enter the beginning date for which you want to print this report. This date correlates directly to the Effective Date in the Maintain Employee Review Info screen.
Enter the ending date for which you want to print this report. This date corresponds to the Effective Date in the Maintain Employee Review Info screen.
Use the fields in this group box to enter the manager IDs for which you want to print review forms.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the ID of the manager for whom you want to print completed review forms. If you do not enter IDs, all completed review forms that fall within the date range previously selected will be printed, regardless of the manager assigned.
If the Managers/HR Reps defaulting method is “Use Managers/HR Reps by Org” in the Personnel Settings screen, Lookup will list the First Level Managers from the Managers/HR Reps by Org table. If manually entering a value and the Managers/HR Reps defaulting method is “Use Managers/HR Reps by Org” in the Personnel Settings screen, the Manager must exist in the Managers/HR Reps by Org table.
If the Managers/HR Reps defaulting method is “Use Managers/HR Reps by HR Org” in the Personnel Settings screen, Lookup will list the First Level Managers from the Managers/HR Reps by HR Org table. If manually entering a value and the Managers/HR Reps defaulting method is “Use Managers/HR Reps by HR Org” in the Personnel Settings screen, the Manager must exist in the Managers/HR Reps by HR Org table.
Once you have entered or selected the employee ID, the employee name displays in this non-editable column.
