PRINT JOB TITLES REPORT

Use this screen to print a report listing all the job titles that you have set up in the Compensation Controls menu. The report will list the detail job titles, functional job titles, and, if they are required, the summary job titles.

You can print this report any time after setting up job titles in the Compensation Controls menu.

Primary Sort

Use the options in this group box to select the order in which you want the report to print.

Detail Job Title

Select this radio button to sort the report by detail job title.

Functional Job Title

Select this radio button to sort the report by functional job title.

Summary Job Title

Select this radio button to sort the report by summary job title. If you are not using summary job titles as defined in the Compensation Controls menu, this selection will not be available.

Secondary Sort

The radio buttons in this sort box are available based on your selection from the Primary Sort group box. If you print this report by detail job title, the Functional Job Title and Summary Job Title radio buttons will be available for selection. If you select Functional Job Title in the Primary Sort group box, the Detail Job Title and Summary Job Title radio buttons will be available for selection. If you select Summary Job Title in the Primary Sort group box, the Detail Job Title and Functional Job Title radio buttons will be available for selection.

Detail Job Title

Select this radio button to print the report by detail job title within the level of job title that you have chosen as your primary sort.

Functional Job Title

Select this radio button to print the report by functional job title within the level of job title that you have chosen as your primary sort.

Summary Job Title

Select this radio button to print the report by summary job title within the level of job title that you have chosen as your primary sort. If you are not using summary job titles as defined in the Compensation Controls menu, this selection will not be available.

Select

Use this group box to select the range of job titles that you selected as your primary sort to include on this report. Only the fields related to your primary sort selection will be active.

Detail Job Title

Range

Use this drop-down box to select the detail job title range: "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End."

If you select "All," the From and To fields are disabled; if you select "One," the To field is disabled; if you select "From Beginning," the From field is disabled; and if you select "To End," the To field is disabled.

From

If your range selection is "One," "Range," or "To End," enter, or use Lookup to select, the detail job title with which you wish to start the report.

To

If your range selection is "Range" or "From Beginning," enter, or use Lookup to select, the detail job title with which you wish to end the report.

Functional Job Title

Range

Use this drop-down box to select the functional job title range: "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." 

If you select "All," the From and To fields are disabled; if you select "One," the To field is disabled; if you select "From Beginning," the From field is disabled; and if you select "To End," the To field is disabled.

From

If your range selection is "One," "Range," or "To End," enter, or use Lookup to select, the functional job title with which you wish to start the report.

To

If your range selection is "Range" or "From Beginning," enter, or use Lookup to select, the functional job title with which you wish to end the report.

Summary Job Title

Range

Use this drop-down box to select the summary job title range: "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." 

If you select "All," the From and To fields are disabled; if you select "One," the To field is disabled; if you select "From Beginning," the From field is disabled; and if you select "To End," the To field is disabled.

If your range selection is "One," "Range," or "To End," enter, or use Lookup to select, the summary job title with which you wish to start the report.

If your range selection is "Range" or "From Beginning," enter, or use Lookup to select, the summary job title with which you wish to end the report.
