Use this screen to establish a default review form for employees, based on your settings in the Review Form Assignment group box in the Compensation Settings screen. If you do not use this table, you must enter a Review Form code in the HR Info subtask of the Salary Info and History screen in Costpoint Employee in order to obtain a printout of the review form for an employee. You are not required to fill out this screen. Fill out this screen only if you want the Review Form ID to default into the Salary Info and History screen.
Before you can initialize this table, you must make a selection in the Review Form Assignment group box in the Compensation Settings screen and you must establish review forms.
After selecting the New Line button on the toolbar, enter, or use Lookup to select, the default assignment code. Depending on your selection in the Review Form Assignment group box in the Compensation Settings screen, the following values will be valid for entry into this table.
If you selected the Hourly/Salary radio button in the Compensation Settings screen, the values will be "H" (Hourly), "S" (Salary), or "F" (Salaried Fluctuating Hours).
If you selected the Functional Job Title radio button in the Compensation Settings screen, the values will be the functional job title codes you have established.
If you selected the Labor Group radio button in the Compensation Settings screen, the values will be the labor group codes you have set up.
If you selected the One radio button in the Compensation Settings screen, the value will be the review form ID that you have established.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the review form ID applicable to the default assignment code. You can enter up to 12 characters in this field.
