PERFORMANCE RATINGS

Summary

Use this screen to establish company-wide rating codes to be used for performance reviews. You can establish up to 99 codes by using whole numbers for the codes.

Timing

Enter this information as part of your initial setup. This information will be used when you establish Performance Ratings by Plan and Performance Ratings by Plan by Grade, and ultimately update employee salary info using the Update Employee Salary Based on Review screen in Costpoint Employee.

Rating Code

After selecting the New Line button on the toolbar, enter up to two digits to uniquely identify this rating. This is a required field.

Rating Description

Enter up to 30 alphanumeric characters to uniquely describe this rating code. This is a required field.

Table Information

Changes to this screen update the PERF_RATING table.
