EEO SETUP

This screen displays the EEO codes as mandated by the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Tables are maintained for the EEO-1 and EEO-4 standards. The applicable codes and descriptions are listed for your use; you will use them when you establish Functional Job Titles.

As part of your initial setup, select the Costpoint Affirmative Action report that applies to your company.

EEO Reporting Form

Use the options in this group box to define which reporting requirements are needed for your company. The EEO-1 Report radio button is the default for this screen.

EEO-1 Report

Select this radio button if you will be printing the EEO-1 Report from Costpoint Affirmative Action.

EEO-4 Report

Select this radio button if you will be printing the EEO-4 Report from Costpoint Affirmative Action.

EEO-1 Codes

This group box displays the valid EEO codes and descriptions for EEO-1 reporting.

These codes and descriptions are maintained through a system table and are displayed here for your use. You will use them when establishing your Functional Job Titles table. The following codes are included: Student Populations, Executive/Senior Level Officials and Managers, First/Mid Level Officials and Managers, Professionals, Technicians, Sales Workers, Administrative Support Workers, Craft Workers (Skilled), Operatives (Semi-Skilled), Laborers and Helpers (Unskilled), and Services Workers.

EEO-4 Codes

This group box displays the valid EEO codes and descriptions for EEO-4 reporting. These codes and descriptions are maintained through a system table and are displayed here for your use. You will use them when establishing your Functional Job Titles table. The following codes are included: Officials and Administrators, Professionals, Technicians, Protective Service, Para-Professionals, Administrative Support, Skilled Craft, and Service and Maintenance.
