As part of your initial setup, select the Costpoint Affirmative Action report that applies to your company.
Use the options in this group box to define which reporting requirements are needed for your company. The EEO-1 Report radio button is the default for this screen.
Select this radio button if you will be printing the EEO-1 Report from Costpoint Affirmative Action.
Select this radio button if you will be printing the EEO-4 Report from Costpoint Affirmative Action.
