UPDATE EMPLOYEE SERVICE AWARDS

Use this screen to update service awards for multiple employees. Service awards are based on months of service. You must print the report before you can update.

Primary Sort

Use this group box to select the primary sort order for the report. Selections are Employee Name, Employee ID, Home Organization, and Manager. Employee Name is the default.

Secondary Sort

Use this group box to select the secondary sort order for the report. Selections are Employee Name, Employee ID, and None. The default is None.

Include Employee Status

Use this group box to select the status of employee to be updated. You can select employees with a status of Active, Inactive, Inactive Accruing Leave, and Family Medical Leave Act. You must select at least one check box.

Date Eligible

Range Option

Use this drop-down list to select the range of dates to update. Valid options are All, One, Range, From Beginning, and To End. The default for this field is All.

From

Enter the starting date. If you selected All or From Beginning in the Range Option field, this field is inactive.

To

Enter the ending date. If you selected All, One, or To End in the Range Option field, this field is inactive.

Service Award Code

Range Option

Use this drop-down box to select the range of service award codes to update. Valid options are All, One, Range, From Beginning, and To End. The default for this field is All.

From

Enter, or use the binoculars () icon to select, the starting service award code. If you selected All or From Beginning in the Range Option field, this field is inactive.

To

Enter, or use to select, the ending service award code. If you selected All, One, or To End in the Range Option field, this field is inactive.

Home Organization

Range Option

Use this drop-down list to select the range of home organizations to update. Valid options are All, One, Range, From Beginning, and To End. The default for this field is All.

From

Enter, or use to select, the starting home organization. If you selected All or From Beginning in the Range Option field, this field is inactive.

To

Enter, or use to select, the ending home organization. If you selected All, One, or To End in the Range Option field, this field is inactive.

Report Status

This non-editable field indicates whether or not a report has been printed for this update.

Print/Update

Click this button on the toolbar to print the report and update the service awards in one process.  

Table Information

This screen updates the EMPL_AWD_INFO table.
