Use this screen to link an area of study (or major code) with a description. This code is used in the Education, Skills & Training Data screen in Costpoint Employee.

Populate this screen as part of your system initialization.

Major Code

Select the New Line button on the toolbar and enter a major code, up to 10 alphanumeric characters, to uniquely identify this major area of study. This is a required field.

Description

Enter a description in this 30-character alphanumeric field to uniquely describe the major code. This is a required field.

Some examples are as follows:
