Use this screen to set up a list of required forms maintained by your company. The forms must be created in a text file and placed in your data directory.
Initialize this table and maintain it if you want to print forms from your system. You must set up this screen before you print forms.
Select the New Line button on the toolbar and enter up to 12 alphanumeric characters to identify this form.
Enter a description to identify this form. This required field can have up to 30 alphanumeric characters.
Enter up to eight alphanumeric characters, a period, and a three-letter extension to identify the name of the text file for this form. This is a required field.
Changes to this screen update the H_RQ_FRM_LIST table.
