Use this screen to track information about employee drivers' licenses.
Use this screen any time after you have established an employee in the Basic Employee Info screen.
Use this group box to select the employee for whom you want to track driver's license information.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the employee ID in this required field. The employee's name displays in the unlabeled field to the right.
Select the New Line button on the toolbar and enter, or use Lookup to select, the code for the state/province where this employee's driver's license was issued. This is a required field; you can enter up 15 alphanumeric characters.
Enter up to 25 characters for this employee's driver's license number in this required field.
Enter the date on which the employee's driver's license will expire in this optional field.
Enter the date on which this employee's last traffic violation occurred. This is an optional field.
Enter the classification for this driver's license. Examples are:
"A" for vehicles with a gross combination weight of 26,001 pounds or less.
"B" for any vehicle with a gross vehicle weight of 26,001 pounds or more.
"C" for any vehicle that does not fit the definition of class "A" or "B" and is either used to transport hazardous materials or designed to carry 16 or more passengers, including the driver.
Individual states may have other classifications.
