You can initiate this subtask any time after establishing degree codes.
These non-editable fields display the ID and name of the employee for whom you are initiating this subtask. This information defaults from the main screen.
These non-editable fields display the employee's home organization and its description. This information defaults from the main screen.
These non-editable fields display the employee's detail job title and its description. This information defaults from the main screen.
Select the New Line button on the toolbar and enter, or use Lookup to select, the degree code. This is a required field.
This non-editable field displays the description associated with this degree code.
Enter up to 25 alphanumeric characters to identify the school that awarded the degree. This is a required field.
Enter the date on which the degree was completed in "MM/DD/YYYY" format. If the employee is currently working toward the degree, leave this field blank.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the code for the employee's major from the Area of Study table in the Training menu in Costpoint Personnel. You can enter up to 10 alphanumeric characters in this optional field.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the code for the employee's minor from the Area of Study table in the Training menu in Costpoint Personnel. You can enter up to 10 alphanumeric characters in this optional field.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the code for the employee's area of concentration from the Area of Study table in the Training menu in Costpoint Personnel. You can enter up to 10 alphanumeric characters in this optional field.
Enter up to eight numeric characters for the employee's grade point average in this required field.
Enter up to 30 alphanumeric characters to identify the certificate that has been awarded or will be awarded upon completion. This is a required field.
