Use this screen to establish a history of an employee's drug testing. You can track the specific tests taken, the dates of the tests, and the results. You must first establish drug test information in the Drug Tests screen under the Personnel Controls menu in Costpoint Personnel.
Use this application whenever you need to record a new drug test or make changes to an existing drug test record for an employee.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the employee whose drug testing history you want to update. This is a required field. The employee name will display to the right when you enter the employee ID.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the code that identifies the drug test you want to list for this employee. This field is required and the value you enter must exist in the Drug Tests screen in Costpoint Personnel. When you populate this field, the Description and Type fields will default.
This field displays the drug test description when you enter the Drug Test code.
This field displays the drug test type that is assigned to the Drug Test code in Costpoint Personnel. You can change this field only in the Drug Tests screen. Valid options are: "B" (Blood), "U" (Urine), "H" (Hair), or "O" (Other).
Enter the date on which the drug test was administered to this employee. This is a required field.
Enter the results of the test taken. Enter "N" (Negative), "P" (Positive), or "O" (Other).
Enter the date on which the drug test results were received for this employee.
Enter any comments related to the drug testing for this employee.
Changes to this screen update the EMPL_DRUG_TEST table.
