DRUG TESTS

Use this screen to establish drug testing codes at the detail level within your organization. The drug testing codes entered here will be used with the Employee Drug Testing Results application in Costpoint Employee to monitor the specific tests taken, the dates of the test, and results for each employee.

Use this application as part of your initial drug testing setup or whenever a new test is added.

Drug Test Code

Enter a code to uniquely identify this drug testing code. You can enter up to six characters. This is a required field.

Description

Enter a description for the corresponding Drug Test Code. Enter up to 30 characters. This is a required field.

Type

Use this drop-down box to select the type of drug test related to this code. The options are as follows:

• Blood

• Hair

• Other

• Urine

This is a required field.
