Use this screen to assign an ID and classification to company-owned documents. You can then assign these documents to individual employees.
Use this screen whenever you need to catalog or update a company document.
Select the New Line button on the toolbar and enter up to 25 alphanumeric characters to uniquely identify the document. This is a required field.
Enter up to 30 alphanumeric characters to describe the document. This is a required field.
Enter the classification type to be assigned to this document. Valid values are "S" (Secured) or "U" (Unsecured). This is a required field.
Changes to this screen update the H_COMP_DOCS table.
