Use this screen to set up codes and related descriptions for each part of the human body. You can use Workers' Compensation codes, OSHA codes, and/or user-defined codes.
Because this screen contains codes that are used by other screens and programs, you should enter all of the anatomy codes and descriptions you plan to use before going to the next screen. You can add to this screen any time and establish an unlimited number of codes and descriptions.
Select the New Line button on the toolbar and enter up to 10 alphanumeric characters to uniquely identify the code that is associated with a specific part of the human body. This is a required field.
Enter up to 30 alphanumeric characters to describe or name the body part. This is a required field. Be sure to describe only the body part and not how it is affected. For example, enter "finger" rather than "broken finger."
Changes to this screen update the H_BODY_PART table.
