AUTO LOAD EMPLOYEE DEFERRED COMPENSATION INFO

Use this screen to insert all the Active (ACT) or Family Medical Leave (FML) employees into the Employee Deferred Compensation Info table. All employees who are active (ACT or FML) and have a deferred compensation plan will be included. All employees who have already been assigned a deferred compensation plan will be excluded.

You can use this screen any time you want to insert employees into the Deferred Compensation Info table.

Plan Info

Use the fields in this group box to enter information that applies to the plan that you are going to auto load.

Plan

Enter, or use Lookup to select, the code for the plan that you want to auto load. The code is validated against the Plan Code in the Plan Setup screen in Costpoint Deferred Compensation Administration. The name or description of the plan is displayed in the field to the right of the code. This is a required field.

Default Effective Date

If the date in the Start columns in the Employee Deductions/Contributions tables is blank, the system will use this default date when inserting records into the Employee Deferred Compensation Info table. This is a required field.

Exclude Employees Terminated as of

Use the field in this group box to determine, by date, which terminated employees are excluded from insertion into the Deferred Compensation information table.

Date

Enter a termination date in this field in MM/DD/YYYY format. Employees terminated as of this date will not be included in the auto loading of the Employee Deferred Compensation Info table. This is a required field.

Report Status

"Report Not Printed" or "Report Printed" is displayed here.

Update Employee Deferred Compensation Info table

Select this button on the toolbar to auto load employee records into the Employee Deferred Compensation Info table.

Process/Print

Selecting this button on the toolbar will cause the following message to display:  "Auto Load Employee Deferred Compensation Info report will be printed followed by loading Employee Deferred Compensation Info. Are you sure you wish to Load Employee Deferred Compensation Info?"  Select the OK pushbutton to continue the procedure. Select the Cancel pushbutton to terminate the procedure.

Report Columns

This report will print employees who have a particular plan in the Employee Deductions and/or Employee Contributions screens, but not are not set up in the Employee Deferred Compensation Info table.
