TRANSFER REPORT

Use this screen to print a listing of the employees who are assigned to a specific affirmative action plan and have been transferred, based on personnel actions you specify. The report will include the employee ID, employee name, prior functional job title, prior functional job title description, new functional job title, new functional job title description, prior organization, new organization, race, and gender.

You can print this report after you have entered employees in the Basic Employee Info screen in Costpoint Employee and after you have assigned them to a detail job title and affirmative action plan code in the HR Info subtask in the Salary Info and History screen in Costpoint Employee.

Sort

Use this group box to sort the report by employee ID or employee name.

Employee ID

Select this radio button to sort the report by employee ID.

Employee Name

Select this radio button to sort the report by employee name

Select

Use the fields in this group box to enter the affirmative action plan, the personnel action, and the date range for which you want to print this report.

Affirmative Action Plan

Enter, or use Lookup to select, the affirmative action plan for which you want to print this report. This is a required field.

Start Date

This non-editable field displays the start date of the selected affirmative action plan.

End Date

This non-editable field displays the end date of the selected affirmative action plan.

Personnel Action

Enter, or use Lookup to select, the personnel action(s) for which you want to print this report. At least one personnel action is required.

Date Range

Once you have populated the Affirmative Action Plan field, the From and To fields in this group box default with the Coverage Start Date and Coverage End Date, respectively, but can be changed. The From and To date range must be within the plan's coverage dates.

From

Enter the date with which you want to start the report.

To

Enter the date with which you want to end the report.

From

Enter the effective date with which you want to start the report.

To

Enter the effective date with which you want to end the report.

Preview/Print

Once you have populated this screen and selected the Preview or Print button on the toolbar, the application selects those employees who are assigned to a specific affirmative action plan and have been transferred, based on personnel actions that you specify, within the Date Range. Employees are grouped on the report by Company, followed by the Sort selection.
