Use this application to assign the affirmative action plan code to update affirmative action plan information. When you run this process, employees are assigned the plan code depending on matching company/labor location combinations established in the Affirmative Action Plans screen in Costpoint Affirmative Action, and also depending on whether the employee's Effective Date (in the Salary Info and History screen) is earlier than and closest to the Affirmative Action Plan's Coverage Start Date.
Use this application after you have established employees' salary info and history, and after you have assigned company/labor location combinations to the appropriate affirmative action plans in the Affirmative Action Plans screen.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the affirmative action plan code that will be assigned to employees based on the plan's matching company/labor location combinations.
This non-editable field displays the start date related to the affirmative action plan.
This non-editable field displays the end date related to the affirmative action plan.
Select this checkbox to include temporary employees in the update process. If you select this checkbox, all applicable employees whose Empl Type field is "T" (Temporary), "P" (Part time) and "R" (Regular) in the Salary Info and History screen will be assigned the plan code. If this checkbox is not selected, only "P" (Part time) and "R" (Regular) employees apply.
The report header displays the company name of all company codes assigned to the selected Affirmative Action Plan, as well as the Affirmative Action Plan Description.
