Use this screen to enter and maintain the race codes for Affirmative Action maintenance and reporting. In the Employee screen, you can then map these affirmative action race codes to the race codes used for EEO-1 reporting.

Required. Enter Y (yes) or N (no) to indicate whether the race code's race is a minority race.
Required. Enter a number indicating the race code's sort order in lists and lookups.
