Use this screen to update the RPT_TAX_HDR and RPT_TAX_LN tables with information entered in the Customs Info subtasks. The Customs Info subtask is part of the Edit Standard Bills, Edit Customer Product Bills, Edit Project Product Bills, Edit Manual Bills, and Edit Milestone/Percent Complete Bills screens in Costpoint Billing, as well as the Enter/AP Vouchers, Enter PO Vouchers screens (in Costpoint Accounts Payable), and the Travel vouchers screen. Once you update this information, you can retrieve it through Impromptu to process your Sales and Value Added Tax reports.

Select this checkbox to include manual bills in the selection of invoice numbers, invoice dates, and customers.

Enter, or use the drop-down box to select, the range of invoice numbers that you want to update. The system-defined options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End."
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the beginning invoice for the range of invoice numbers to be updated. This field is not available when the Range Option selected is "All" or "From Beginning."
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the ending invoice for the range of invoice numbers to be updated. This field is not available when the Range Option selected is "All," "One," or "To End."
Enter, or use the drop-down box to select, the range of invoice dates to update. The system-defined options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End."
