Use this subtask from the Maintain Company Bank Accounts screen to view cash account data written to this table from Costpoint Accounts Payable, Cash Receipts, and Payroll. The fields in this subtask are non-editable.
You should run the Update Cash Accounts process before viewing the cash accounts in this subtask.
These non-editable fields automatically display the bank abbreviation and description for the account that was selected in the main screen.
All the fields in the table window are non-editable. When you run the Update Cash Accounts process, the system reads the cash acct/org/ref1/ref2 combination(s) assigned as the eligible cash account(s) for this bank abbreviation. The system retrieves this data for historical Accounts Payable, Cash Receipts, and/or Payroll detail transactions and displays the results in this table window.
A "Y" (Yes) in this column indicates that the cash acct/org/ref1/ref2 combination from this row has been used for Accounts Payable transactions. An "N" (No) indicates that it has not.
A "Y" (Yes) in this column indicates that the cash acct/org/ref1/ref2 combination from this row has been used for cash receipts transactions in Costpoint Accounts Receivable. An "N" (No) indicates that it has not.
A "Y" (Yes) in this column indicates that the cash acct/org/ref1/ref2 combination from this row has been used for transactions in Costpoint Payroll. An "N" (No) indicates that it has not.
A "Y" (Yes) in this column indicates that the cash acct/org/ref1/ref2 combination from this row has been used for making an adjusting entry. An "N" (No) indicates that it has not.
This column displays the account number used for the cash account.
This column displays the organization used for the cash account.
This column displays the reference 1 number, if used, for the cash account.
This column displays the reference 2 number, if used, for the cash account.
This column displays the name of the account used for the cash account.
This column displays the name of the organization used for the cash account.
This column displays the name of reference 1 number, if used, for the cash account.
This column displays the name of reference 2 number, if used, for the cash account.
