FILL ORG/ACCOUNT BUDGETS

Use this subtask to automatically fill the currency amount and/or hours columns with the same data across a range of periods for the selected fiscal year and account(s). You can escalate the fill amount by a percentage for each period.

Select Accounts

Range Option

Use the drop-down box to select the range of accounts to be changed. The system-defined options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." 

From/To

Enter the starting and/or ending accounts for the range of accounts you want to fill. You can also use Lookup to select the accounts for these fields. One or both of these fields may be disabled, depending on your Range Option selection.

Select Periods

Range Option

Use the drop-down box to select the range of periods to be adjusted. The system-defined options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." 

From/To

Enter, or use the drop-down box to select, the starting and/or ending period numbers for the range you want to adjust.

Fill

Amount

Enter the budgeted amount you wish to display in the amount columns.

Escalation %

Enter the percentage you wish to escalate the fill amount by for each period.

Hours

Enter the budgeted hours you wish to display in the hours columns.

Escalation %

Enter the percentage you wish to escalate the fill amount by for each period.

Apply

Select this pushbutton to fill the currency amount and/or hours columns.
