Use this subtask to establish choices for the validated text labels you entered in the main screen, which can then be associated with any organization in the Maintain Account User-Defined Info screen. The text you enter as validated text here must also be entered into the Maintain Account User-Defined Info screen exactly as it appears here, and only those choices you establish here will be valid entries in that screen.
If you plan to use the Maintain Account User-Defined Info function, set up this screen when you initialize the system. Maintain this screen whenever you need to add or change text for the Validated Text user-defined labels.
The validated text label will be displayed from the Account User-Defined Labels screen and cannot be changed.
The short help description for this validated text label from the Account User-Defined Labels screen will be displayed. This description will appear at the bottom of the screen where these user-defined labels are used.
To enter text in this field, select the New Line button on the toolbar or select the New option in the Line menu. Once you start a new line, this field is required. Enter the text, up to 20 alphanumeric characters, that is to be associated with this validated text label.
