The Employee Self Service (ESS) menu consists of add-on applications that interface with the ESS 3.1 web-enabled application (for Costpoint versions 4.0, 5.1, and 6.0). ESS Administrators can use these applications to determine ESS' online settings in which employees are allowed to change their address, review and choose benefits options, view leave and payroll information, and download/upload benefits elections and retirement benefits changes. They can also use the applications in the ESS menu to process employees' changes directly into Deltek Costpoint.
Use this screen to set login availability and Personal Identification Number (PIN) options.
Use this screen to set the default class of service, payroll, benefits, and deferred compensation settings for ESS by company.
Use this screen to specify any Internet links to which your employees should have access in the new Company Links module of ESS 3.1. Links are assigned to taxable entities ("companies" in Costpoint 4.0) and can be grouped under a group title.
