Use this screen to link approval title users to the projects they are eligible to approve. You can set up a generic approval title for all project approvers and use this screen to limit specific approvers to only those projects for which they have explicit approval authority. You can link those users for an EC Approval Title to one or more projects to which you want the users to have access.
Set up this screen after the EC Approval Titles screen.
Use the Find or the Query button on the toolbar to select the Approval Title Code from EC Approval Titles screen.
This pushbutton allows users with a large number of projects and users to assign project approvers. Enter the starting characters of the first project that you want the system to display.
This field displays the user ID from the Assign User Approval subtask of the EC Approval Titles screen.
This field displays the user name.
This field displays the employee ID from the Assign User Approval subtask of the EC Approval Titles screen.
This field displays the employee name.
This field displays the title of the employee.
This field displays the preferred sequence number from the Assign User Approval subtask of the EC Approval Titles screen.
This field displays "Y" (Yes) if the approver is active or "N" (No) if the approver is inactive.
This field displays the approval title code.
This field displays the project abbreviation from the Basic Info screen in Costpoint Project Setup.
This field displays the project ID from the Basic Info screen in Costpoint Project Setup. This is the project for which the approver can approve ECNs.
This field displays the name of the project.
Highlight the user(s) who will approve the project and the projects that link to the ECN. Combine them by using this pushbutton to populate the third table.
Highlight the row(s) from the third table. Use this pushbutton to remove the row(s).
This field displays the user ID code.
This field displays the project ID.
This field displays the user name.
This field displays the employee ID.
This field displays the employee name.
This field displays the project abbreviation code.
This field displays the project name.
