ECN STANDARD TEXT

Use this subtask to view the standard text linked to this ECN. You can also add new lines in this subtask.

ECN

This field displays the ECN ID from the main screen.  The unlabeled field to the right displays the description of the ECN.

Table Window

Seq

Enter a sequence number of up to four digits in this required field. The initial value will be "1," and it will increase by 1 for each line added. You cannot enter negative numbers or duplicate sequence numbers.

Code

Enter, or use Lookup to select, the text code to be attached to the ECN. This required field of up to 10 alphanumeric characters must be a valid code from the Standard Text screen in Costpoint Product Definition. You must have linked the code to ECNs in the Where-Used subtask of the Standard Text screen.

Description

This field displays the description describes the text code.

Doc Print Opt

This field displays the code for where the text document will print. The code choices are "I" (Internal) documents only, "E" (External) documents, and "B" (Both) types of documents.
