USER-DEFINED INFO

Use this subtask to list all the labels that were set up for ECNs in the EC User-Defined Labels screen. You can also enter new values in accordance with the previously set user-defined labels.

ECN

This field displays the ECN ID and description from the main screen.

Rev

This field displays the current revision of the ECN from the main screen.

Table Window

Data Type

This field displays the type of data users can enter for this label.

Labels

This field identifies the user-defined label.

Values

Enter values, dates, or numbers here for the labels shown in the previous field, using the Lookup function if validation is required.

Costpoint Validation Field

This field displays the Costpoint Validation Field that was defined in the EC User-Defined Labels screen. Labels and their valid values are defined in the Define Case Labels screen in Costpoint Workflow.

Validated Text

This field displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) to indicate whether or not this user-defined label has been validated against pre-defined values.

Required

This field displays "Y" (Yes) or "N" (No) to indicate whether or not the user-defined label is a required field.
