Use the Deltek CRM/GovWin integration applications to set up mapping tables and establish parameter records that will be used to export existing account, customer, employee, organization, project, vendor, rate, and cost data from Costpoint into Deltek CRM/GovWin. You can also establish parameter records to be used to import customer and project data from Deltek CRM/GovWin into Costpoint. Note that the active company will be stored with the parameters, and will be used to filter data in the actual integration processes as appropriate.

Use this application to define the mapping between the Costpoint Chart of Accounts and the Chart of Accounts for Resource Planning. This will be used for labor costs, non-labor costs, and revenue data.
Use this application to define the Chart of Accounts for Deltek Resource Planning if it is different than the Costpoint Chart of Accounts. This information will be used both to create the accounts for Resource Planning and to validate the accounts in the Maintain Account Mapping screen.
Use this application to map Costpoint project levels by top-level project ID to WBS1, WBS2, and WBS3 in CRM/GovWin. Depending upon the structure of your projects within Costpoint and how those structures relate to your use of CRM/GovWin, you may be able to set up a limited number of mapping records and use the default mapping feature when transferring data.
Use this application to collect and calculate billing rates by labor category and by employee or vendor and labor category based on the defined T&M sequence. This process creates the data that will be used for exporting rate tables for Deltek Resource Planning. Note that this function is available only with Resource Planning.
