The Costpoint Process Server status screen shows the current state of the process server when it is not executing queue entries. This is a non-editable screen.
The Costpoint Process Server status screen is loaded after you log in to the server. Typically you cannot move to another Windows application until you select the Stop pushbutton and exit this screen; however use Alt-tab to navigate while the process is running.
Select this pushbutton to exit this screen.
This field displays the time you want the server to stop polling the database for queue entries. The Shutdown Time is established when you first enter the Process Server.
This field displays the time you want the server to start polling the database for queue entries. The Reconnect Time is established when you first enter the Process Server.
This field displays the system time, to the second. This field appears only when the Process Server is running.
This group box identifies the server and queue running on the workstation.
This field displays the ID of the server running on the workstation.
The unlabeled field to the right of the Server field displays the server status, i.e., "Active," "Hold," "Inactive," or "Stop."
If the Status field displays "Active," the server is available to process queue entries. "Hold" means the server has been set up but is not currently available to process queue entries. "Inactive" means the server was set up but currently is shut down. "Stop" means the server will be stopped when it finishes executing the current entry and its status will change to "Inactive."
This field displays the ID of the queue being monitored on the workstation.
The unlabeled field to the right of the Queue field displays the queue status, which is either "Active" or "Hold." "Active" means entries in the queue can be executed by a process server. "Hold" means that no entries can be executed.
This group box displays user-specific information.
This field displays the user ID.
This field displays the name of the connected database.
This column displays all available Printer IDs assigned to processes in the server's queue.
This column displays the printer linked to a particular Printer ID. Only printers installed for the last user logging into the server will be displayed.
