Use this screen to edit the rate of pre-existing GLC rates. Select the Subquery function to populate this table. Use it any time the average cost GLC rates need to be changed for your advanced project budgets. Once you save these rates, the next time you open your project budget (Maintain Project Budgets and ETC screen (Projects » Advanced Project Budgeting » Project Budget and ETC Master)), these rates will apply to your budget.

This non-editable column displays the GLC description.
This editable column displays the rate for the GLC. Change this rate to the average labor rate for this category. You can also enter these rates in the General Labor Categories screen (People » Labor » Labor Controls). Any change to the Rate field in this screen affects the rate in the General Labor Categories screen.
Only new rows entered in the Maintain Project Budgets and ETC screen are affected by a change to the rate. All previously entered rows remain unchanged and new rows are calculated using the new rate.
