Use this subtask to view information about the selected assembly line. You establish and maintain the information that defaults into this subtask in the BOM screen for which the component exists.
The fields in this group box provide basic information about the assembly.
This field displays the part number of the selected assembly line. A description of the part displays in the untitled field below this field.
This field displays the revision for the part of the selected assembly line.
This field displays the inventory unit of measure for the part of the selected assembly line.
This field displays the Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code for the part of the selected assembly line.
This field displays the type code of the part from the selected assembly line from the Basic Part Data screen in Costpoint Product Definition: "B" (Buy with Components), "S" (Standard), "P" (Phantom), "R" (Reference), and "T" (Tool).
This field displays the release status of the part from the selected assembly line from the Basic Part Data screen in Costpoint Product Definition.
This field displays the release status of the BOM for the selected assembly line.
This field displays the military specification number of the assembly.
This field displays the national stock number of the assembly.
This field displays the percentage yield for manufacturing the selected assembly.
This field displays the user ID of the person who first entered the BOM for the selected assembly into the system.
This field displays the date when the BOM of the selected assembly was first entered into the system.
This field displays the user ID of the person who released the BOM for the selected assembly into the system.
This field displays the date when the selected assembly's BOM was released into the system.
This text box displays free-form notes about the selected assembly's BOM. You can enter and maintain notes in the Assembly Information subtasks in the Maintain MBOM and Release MBOM screens.
For manufacturing BOMs, the information that displays in this screen is stored in the following tables: MFG_BOM, ITEM, ITEM_UM, PART, and S_PART_TYPE_CD.
For engineering BOMs, the information that displays in this screen is stored in the following tables: ENG_BOM, ITEM, ITEM_UM, PART, PROV_PART, and S_PART_TYPE_CD.
