Use this screen to enter contractor addresses that will print on the government form 1443, Contractor's Request for Progress Payment. Addresses entered here can be referenced in the 1443 Info subtask of the Project Billing Info screen (Projects » Billing » Billing Master or Projects » Project Setup » Revenue Setup) and will print in block 1 of the form 1443. Note that you can also access the Contractor Addresses screen by clicking Materials » Sales Order Entry » Sales Order Entry Controls.

Set up this screen before initializing projects requiring a 1443 bill in the Project Billing Info screen. You must maintain this screen when you need new addresses or when you need to change existing addresses. If you change an existing contractor code, all the projects that use this code will be changed. If you need to change a contractor address and related bills have already been computed, you must recalculate the bill before the change will show on the billing.
Enter the contractor code to identify this address. In the Project Billing Info screen (Projects » Billing » Billing Master or Projects » Project Setup » Revenue Setup), you will enter this code to link the address to the bill.

In this group box, enter the name and address associated with the contractor code.

Enter any address information required. Do not enter city, state/province, country, or postal code information on these lines; enter this information in the fields reserved for them.
Enter the city for this address. If you entered the Postal Code, and the postal code has already been used in the system, the city information will automatically be brought into the screen for you. Once the information has been brought in, you can still edit it. However, any changes you make will not change the default information in the Maintain Postal Codes screen (Others » System Administration » System Codes).
