Match - The Match feature only appears in inquiry functions, and is an optional feature even there. It is activated once a table window is populated. You can highlight a row and select the Match button to populate the display fields above the table in the Inquiry screen.
Subquery - The Subquery feature works as described in the sections above. It is an optional feature on inquiries.
Export - This icon is enabled once data has been queried. It provides the option to export the data that is currently queried to a disk file. Three main formats are available: CSV (comma-separated values, with and without double quotes around each value), spreadsheet format, and HTM browser format.
Customize - This icon provides a Save Table Order function similar to that which is available in non-query style Costpoint functions. There are two options: one to Save the current settings (with the number of columns to "fence"), and the other to Restore the original settings.
The following toolbar icons are available on the subtasks of Costpoint inquiry functions. Because the subtasks do not have menu bars, the only way to start these features is either to select a button or select the underlined letter for the button, such as [ALT+C] for the Close. These icons are grayed-out when not available. The toolbar icons are:
First - Click this button to bring up the first row of the table window on the main screen or subtask and makes its expanded information available for review. This button is "grayed-out" if the current row is actually the first row in the parent's table window.
Prev - Click this button to bring up the row immediately previous to the currently active row of the table window on the main screen or subtask. This button is "grayed-out" if the current row is the first row in the parent's table window.
Next - Click this button to bring up the row immediately following the currently active row of the table window on the main screen or subtask. This button is "grayed-out" if the current row is the last row in the parent's table window.
Last - Click this button to bring up the last row of the table window on the main screen or subtask. This button is "grayed-out" if the current row is actually the last row in the parent's table window.
