Sent Date

This field displays data from the main screen.

Invoice Number

This column displays the invoice number that was used to bill the customer.

Invoice Date

This column displays the date of the invoice that was used to bill the customer.

Invoice Amount

This column displays the amount of the invoice that was sent to the customer.

Check Number

This column displays the number of the check used to pay the invoice.

Receipt Date

This column displays the date payment was received.

Receipt Amount

This column displays the amount of the payment received.
