Use this subtask to view a columnar presentation of all amounts in each of the transaction, pay, and functional currencies for the total voucher. If the selected voucher has the same transaction, pay, and functional currencies, only one column will display. If you are using different currencies, three columns will display.
This field displays the voucher from the main screen.
These fields display the vendor ID, name, and location from the main screen.
This field displays the invoice amount for the selected A/P voucher. This amount is displayed in the voucher's functional currency.
This field displays the total voucher amount, less any amount paid (cash disbursements posted) for this A/P voucher. This amount is displayed in the voucher's functional currency.
For transactions with transaction or pay currencies that differ from the functional currency, this group box will display three columns. When all three currency types match (the transaction and pay currencies match your company's functional currency), only one column will be presented.
This field displays the code for each currency. It displays on the screen only if you are using Costpoint Multicurrency and your transactional currency and functional currency are different.
This field displays the voucher amount, before taxes and discount.
This field displays the sales/VAT tax, if any, charged for this voucher.
This field displays the recovery amount, if any.
This field displays the voucher amount before any discount.
This field displays the voucher discount, if any.
This field displays the total for this voucher, including discounts and taxes.
This field displays the total amount of posted disbursements for this voucher.
This field displays the total amount of discounts taken via posted disbursements.
This field displays the use/reverse tax amount, if any.
This field displays the exchange rate for transaction to functional currency. This figure, when multiplied by the transaction currency amount, will result in the functional currency amount.
This field displays the exchange rate for functional to pay currency. This figure, when multiplied by the functional currency amount, will result in the pay currency amount.
