PRINT LOGIN INFO

This screen is available only if you are using ESS version 1 or 2.  Use this screen to produce a report with ESS user login ID (i.e., employee ID) and PIN information. You can print the report as a memo or list, and you can run the application by taxable entity ID ("company ID" in Costpoint 4.0) or employee ID. You can use this report, for example, to distribute ESS login information before benefits open enrollment or upon ESS initialization.

Run this utility when you need a list of ESS login information.

Note: For Costpoint version 4.0, all references to "taxable entity" refer to "company."

Select Taxable Entity ("Company" in Costpoint 4.0)

All Taxable Entities

Select this checkbox to include employee login information for all taxable entities ("companies" in Costpoint 4.0). Selecting this checkbox disables and clears the Taxable Entity field. If this checkbox is not selected, the Taxable Entity field will be enabled.

If you did not select the All Taxable Entities checkbox, enter, or use Lookup to select, the ID of the taxable entity ("company" in Costpoint 4.0) whose employees' login ID information will print on the report. You can specify a range of employees in the Select Employees group box. The Taxable Entity field can be up to 10 alphanumeric characters, and the description that is associated with the taxable entity ID (up to 40 alphanumeric characters) defaults.  Taxable entity information is established in the Set Up Company Info screen in the Organizations menu in Costpoint General Ledger.

List Mode

Select this checkbox to create non-contiguous selections. Begin by using the Range Option, From, and To fields to generate a contiguous selection.
