Use this tab to view data gathered on the Gather/Prepare tab and staged in a temporary table of Costpoint. Use it after you have gathered data on the Gather/Prepare tab.
Use the fields in this group box to specify the data that you want to view. To view gathered data in the Gathered Data table window, you must specify the values in these fields.
Use this drop-down box to select the range of project data to display. Valid options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." The default for this field is "All."
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the starting project ID to display. If you select "All" or "From Beginning" in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive. If you choose to enter a project ID, be sure that the ID exists in Costpoint.
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the ending project ID to display. If you select "All," "One," or "To End" in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive. If you choose to enter a project ID, be sure that the ID exists in Costpoint.
Select this checkbox to include inactive projects in the display.
Use this group box to specify the ending period, or cutoff, of the gathered data that you want to review before transferring data to P3.
Enter, or use this drop-down box to select, the fiscal year of the data that you want to view. If this field is left blank, all fiscal years in the gathered table will be displayed.
Enter, or use the drop-down box to select, the period of the data that you want to view. If this field is left blank, all periods in the gathered table for the fiscal years selected will be displayed.
Enter, or use the drop-down box to select, the subperiod of the data that you want to view. If this field is left blank, all subperiods in the gathered table for the period selected will be displayed.
This non-editable field displays the period ending date relevant to your selections in the preceding drop-down boxes. For example, if you selected period 1 and subperiod 1 of fiscal year 2003, this field will display 1/15/2003.
Use the checkboxes in this group box to select the type of gathered charges you wish to view.
Select this checkbox to view data that includes labor cost and hours charges.
Select this checkbox to view data that includes non-labor cost and burden charges.
Select this pushbutton to view data you have gathered using the Gather/Prepare tab for the options selected. The system will display a message if there is no gathered data in the staging table for the options selected, and the Gathered Data table window will remain empty.
View the gathered data in this table window. If this table window is empty, you must go to the Gather/Prepare tab to gather data for the options selected. These fields are non-editable.
This field displays the Costpoint Project ID.
The field displays the Costpoint organization ID.
This field displays the Costpoint account ID.
This field contains the Costpoint account segment ID.
This field displays the fiscal year of the Costpoint project.
This field contains the period of the Costpoint project.
This field displays the account function of the Costpoint account ID. There are two types: "2" (labor) and "3" (non-labor).
This field displays the billing labor category of the Costpoint project.
This field displays the current period actual burden amount of the Costpoint project.
This field displays the ITD actual burden amount of the Costpoint project.
This field displays the current period target burden amount of the Costpoint project.
This field displays the ITD target burden amount of the Costpoint project.
This field displays the Actual Cost of Money (COM) value for the current period of the Costpoint project.
This field displays the inception to date actual cost of money value for the Costpoint project.
This field displays the current period target cost of money value for the Costpoint project.
This field displays the inception to date target cost of money value for the Costpoint project.
This field displays the actual direct cost amount for the current period for this Costpoint project, account, and organization ID.
This field displays the inception-to-date direct cost amount for this Costpoint project, account, and organization ID.
This field displays the ID of the employee assigned to this project.
This field displays the actual fee for the current period of the Costpoint project.
This field displays the inception-to-date actual fee amount.
This field displays the target fee for the current period of the Costpoint project.
This field displays the inception to date target fee for the Costpoint project.
This field displays the general labor category for this line, if applicable.
This field displays the current period labor hours incurred for this line, if applicable.
This field displays the inception-to-date labor hours incurred for this line, if applicable.
This field displays the current period Time and Material (T&M) labor revenue calculated for this line, if applicable.
This field displays the inception-to-date T&M Labor revenue calculated for this line, if applicable.
This field displays the ID of the vendor employee assigned to this project.
This field displays the ID of the vendor assigned to this project.
This field displays the name of the Costpoint project.
This field displays the end date of the subperiod assigned to this project.
This field displays the start date of the period assigned to this project.
This field displays the length of the period assigned to this project.
