Use this screen to configure the export parameters for rate table information that will be used by the integration process to download this data from Costpoint to Resource Planning.
Use this screen after setting up labor categories and billing rates in Costpoint, and before setting up interface instances in the Interface Configuration and Scheduler application. You must also execute the Retrieve Labor Rates function in the CRM/GovWin/RP Integration menu before running the integration process for rate tables.
Use this drop-down box to select the version for the current parameter record.
Use this group box to indicate whether or not you want the process to create labor categories and labor codes for Deltek Resource Planning.

Select this checkbox to create labor codes in Resource Planning from Costpoint PLCs.
Enter a character to be used to fill the Labor Code to the required length, if the Costpoint value is shorter than the configured length for Resource Planning.
From the drop-down box, select the range of projects to process. Options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." The default for this field is "All."
If you selected a range other than "All" in the Range Option field, enter, or use Lookup to select, the required parameters.
Select this checkbox to create a customized, non-contiguous list of project IDs for the current parameter record. Begin by selecting the Range Option, and then populate the From and/or To fields. Once you complete your selection, apply it to the list box by selecting the Apply pushbutton. Repeat this process as many times as necessary so that you can specify the projects to be selected and processed. To remove one of the range selections, highlight it in the list box and select the Remove pushbutton. The order of the selections in the list box does not affect the interface process. If you uncheck the List Mode checkbox while the list box is populated, the system will display the following warning message: "Changing Range Option will clear the Selection List Box field. Continue?" Select Yes to clear the list box of its current contents. Select No to return to the main screen.
Select this pushbutton to add the selected project IDs in the From and/or To fields to the list box. The interface will use only the projects in the list box (and the other settings in this screen) to download project data from Costpoint into Deltek RP/CRM. This pushbutton is enabled only if you select the List Mode checkbox.
To remove one of the project selections, highlight it in the list box and select the Remove pushbutton.

The Labor Code and Labor Category Rate tables are created primarily from EP_LAB_CAT_RATE, and the Labor Rate table is created from EP_EVLAB_CAT_RATE. The configuration parameters defined in this screen are stored in X_OBJ_SUPP.
