Use this subtask to select owning org, project type, and ending period ranges.
Use this group box to specify the owning organization range that will be used by the interface process to select organization information from Costpoint. Projects with owning organizations from the organization range (that meet the other selection criteria in this screen) will be selected for processing. If you select the All Range Option, all applicable project information that meets the parameter's other selection criteria will be processed.
Use this drop-down list to select the organization range for the current parameter record. Valid options are:

Enter, or use to select, the starting (in the From field) and ending (in the To field) organizations for the current parameter record.
When you use in either field, you can choose from a list of existing organizations in Costpoint.
Use this group box to specify the project type range that will be used by the interface process to select project information from Costpoint. Project type codes from the project type range (that meet the other selection criteria in this screen) will be selected for processing. Project type codes are maintained in the Maintain Project Types screen (Projects » Project Setup » Controls), and assigned to projects in the Maintain Project Master screen (Projects » Project Setup » Project Master) and Basic Info screen (Projects » Project Setup » Project Master). If you select the All Range Option, all applicable projects information that meets the parameter's other selection criteria will be processed.

Select this check box to create a customized, non-contiguous list of project types for the current parameter record. Begin by selecting the Range Option, and then populate the From and/or To fields. Once you complete your selection, apply it to the list box by clicking the Apply button. Repeat this process as many times as necessary so that you can specify the projects to be selected and processed. To remove one of the range selections, highlight it in the list box and click the Remove button. The order of the selections in the list box does not affect the interface process. If you clear the List Mode check box while the list box is populated, the system will display the following warning message: "Changing Range Option will clear the Selection List Box field. Continue?" Click Yes to clear the list box of its current contents. Click No to return to the main screen.

The interface will use only the project types in the list box (and the other settings in this screen) to download project data from Costpoint into Deltek CRM/GovWin. This pushbutton is enabled only if you select the List Mode check box.

You can enable the fields in this group box by selecting the Contract PSR Information check box on the main screen.
Select the ending fiscal year through which you wish to download.
Select the ending period through which you wish to download.
If you selected a Fiscal Year and Period, the default end date will be displayed here.
