Use this application to define export parameters for contract information. The integration process uses these parameters to upload this information from Deltek Vision into Costpoint. Contract (project) information is established in the Contracts (Projects) screen in the Vision Info Center.
In order to run this application, you must be licensed for the Deltek CRM/GovWin Integration add-on module.
Use this screen after you have properly configured your project information in the project screen and before setting up interface instances in the Interface Configuration & Scheduler screen (Others » Product Interfaces » Interface Controls).
Use this drop-down list to select the CRM/GovWin version for the current parameter record. Valid options are:
CRM/GovWin 4.1
CRM/GovWin 5.x
Select this check box to upload basic information from the PR table. This check box is selected by default when you open this application.
Select this check box to select only information that has not been sent before; leave unchecked to include previously sent information.
Enter, or use to select, a Costpoint Project ID whose information will be used to provide default values for those fields that are not available in Vision.
Use the following fields to specify how organization IDs will be translated between Deltek Vision and Costpoint.
Select this check box to use the reorganization structure to map the Vision organization codes using the Costpoint reorganization definition. If you do not choose this option, the Vision organization ID will be used as the Costpoint ORG (with delimiters corrected as necessary and extra segments removed).
Enter the top-level reorganization ID whose mapping definition will be used during this upload.
Select this check box if the top level of the reorganization ID is excluded from the Vision Organization ID. If it is, the top level ID specified will be appended to the front of the Vision organization code followed by a period before it is used to look up the correct Costpoint ORG_ID.
Use this group box to specify the range of contract numbers that will be used by the interface process to select contract information from Vision. The contract information that you specify in this range (in addition to the other selection criteria in this screen) will be selected for processing. If you select the All Range Option, all contract information that meets the parameter's other selection criteria will be processed.
Use this drop-down list to select the range of contract numbers for the current parameter record. Valid options are:
All
One
Range
From Beginning
To End
Enter, or use to select, the starting (in the From field) and ending (in the To field) contract numbers for the current parameter record.
Select this check box to create a customized, non-contiguous list of contract numbers for the current parameter record. Begin by selecting the Range Option, and then populate the From and/or To fields. Once you complete your selection, apply it to the list box by clicking the Apply button. Repeat this process as many times as necessary so that you can specify the contract numbers from which contract data will be selected and processed. To remove one of the contract range selections, highlight it in the list box and click the Remove button. The order of the selections in the list box does not affect the interface process. If you clear the List Mode check box while the list box is populated, the system will display the following warning message: "Changing Range Option will clear the Selection List Box field. Continue?" Click Yes to clear the list box of its current contents. Click No to return to the main screen.
Click this button to add the selected contract numbers in the From and/or To fields to the list box. The interface will use only the contracts in the list box (and the other settings in this screen) to upload contract data from Vision into Costpoint. This button will be enabled only if you select the List Mode check box.
To remove one of the contract number selections, highlight it in the list box and click the Remove button.
Use this group box to specify the contract type range that will be used by the interface process to select contract information from Vision. Contracts from the contract type code(s) range (that meet the other selection criteria in this screen) will be selected for processing. Contract Type codes are maintained in the Contract Types screen in the Code Table Maintenance menu in Vision Configuration, and are assigned to contracts in the Contracts screen in the Info Center. If you select the All Range Option, all applicable contract information that meets the parameter's selection criteria will be processed regardless of type.
Use this drop-down list to select the contract type code range for the current parameter record. Valid options are:
