Use this application to define export parameters for employee information. The integration process will use these parameters to download this information from Costpoint into Deltek CRM/GovWin. General employee information is established in the Maintain Employee Master screen (People » Employee » Basic Employee Setup) and the Basic Employee Info screen (People » Employee » Basic Employee Setup). Degrees, professional organizations, and skills are established in their respective screens in the Training menu in Costpoint Personnel Administration. This information is then assigned to employee records in the Education, Skills & Training Data screen (People » Employee » Employee HR Setup).
In order to run this application, you must be licensed for the Deltek CRM/GovWin Integration add-on module.
Use this screen after you have properly configured your employee information in the Maintain Employee Master and Basic Employee Info screens in Costpoint Employee. You also must have assigned information regarding degrees, professional organizations, and skills to employee records in the Education, Skills & Training Data screen, also in Costpoint Employee.
Use this drop-down list to select the CRM/GovWin version for the current parameter record. Valid options are:

Enter a numeric value that will determine the starting organization level at which employee records will exist in Deltek CRM/GovWin, based on the employees' assigned Home Org in the Salary Info and History screen (People » Employee » Basic Employee Setup). The org IDs in employee records will transfer to CRM/GovWin formatted at the level specified, or above. For example, if you enter a "2" in this field, all employee records that have a Home Org at the top level (for example, home org "4") and at level 2 (for example, home org "4.1") will be downloaded, and will exist in CRM/GovWin as they currently appear in Costpoint. However, employee records that are assigned a home org at the third and fourth level (for example, home orgs "4.1.2" and "4.1.2.01") will be truncated at the level selected (for example, home org "4.1"). The top level of an organization (and the lower-level segment lengths) is established in the Define Org Structures screen (Accounting » General Ledger » Organizations), and subsequent organization levels are assigned in the Maintain Org Elements screen (Accounting » General Ledger » Organizations).
Select this check box to use the reorganization structure to translate organization IDs between Costpoint and CRM/GovWin. This allows you to set up an Org structure exactly as you need it configured for CRM/GovWin regardless of your actual Costpoint organization structure. If you do not select this check box, the integration process will use your existing Costpoint organization ID structure based on the number of levels you choose to include.
Select this check box to exclude the top level of the reorganization ID during this download. This may be necessary if you are already using Reorg in Costpoint and the length of the top-level reorg element is not correct for CRM/GovWin.
