Use this application to define export parameters for client, client address, and client contact information. The integration process will use these parameters to upload this information from Deltek CRM/GovWin into Costpoint. Client information is established in the Clients and Contacts screens in the Vision Info Center.
In order to run this application, you must be licensed for the Deltek CRM/GovWin Integration add-on module.
Use this screen after you have properly configured your client information in the Clients/Contacts screens and before setting up interface instances in the Interface Configuration & Scheduler screen (Others » Product Interfaces » Interface Controls).
Use this drop-down list to select the CRM/GovWin version for the current parameter record. Valid options are:
CRM/GovWin 4.1
CRM/GovWin 5.x
When you enter this screen, all three check boxes are selected by default. Leave the appropriate check boxes in this group box selected to upload clients' basic information, addresses, and/or contacts in accordance with the other selections in this screen.
Select this check box to upload basic client information from the applicable records in the Clients screen in Vision Info Center.
Select this check box to upload clients' address information from the Addresses frame of the General tab in the Client screen. If you select this check box and enter a Default Customer ID, the Default Address Code field will be enabled. Only primary addresses are selected for the upload.
Select this check box to upload clients' contact information from the Contacts tab in the Client screen. Only contacts linked to the primary address for a client are selected for the upload.
Select this check box to select only information that has not been sent before; leave unchecked to include previously sent information.
Enter, or use to select, a Costpoint Customer ID whose information will be used to provide default values for any fields that are not found in Vision.
Enter, or use to select, an Address Code for the default Customer ID whose information will be used to provide default values.
Use this group box to specify the range of client numbers that will be used by the interface process to select client information from Vision. The client information that you specify in this range (in addition to the other selection criteria in this screen) will be selected for processing. If you select the All Range Option, all client information that meets the parameter's other selection criteria will be processed.

Enter, or use to select, the starting (in the From field) and ending (in the To field) client numbers for the current parameter record.
Select this check box to create a customized, non-contiguous list of client numbers for the current parameter record. Begin by selecting the Range Option, and then populate the From and/or To fields. Once you complete your selection, apply it to the list box by clicking the Apply button. Repeat this process as many times as necessary so that you can specify the client numbers from which client data will be selected and processed. To remove one of the client range selections, highlight it in the list box and click the Remove button. The order of the selections in the list box does not affect the interface process. If you clear the List Mode check box while the list box is populated, the system will display the following warning message: "Changing Range Option will clear the Selection List Box field. Continue?" Click Yes to clear the list box of its current contents. Click No to return to the main screen.
Select this button to add the selected client numbers in the From and/or To fields to the list box.
