Use this application to build the chart of accounts table (X_RP_CA) to be used for Resource Planning and for mapping Costpoint accounts to Resource Planning accounts on transactions.
Use this screen to create Resource Planning accounts before using the Maintain Account Mapping function and before setting up any interface instances in the Interface Configuration and Scheduler application.
Enter the desired account number, using any alphanumeric characters. If you are using delimiters, enter a dash (-), an underscore (_), or a period (.).
Select the account status from the drop-down box. Valid values are "Active," "Inactive," or "Dormant."
Enter a name for this account.
Select one of the following options to determine how account detail will display on the General Ledger, Account Analysis report in Deltek Resource Planning. Options are "No Detail," "Show Detail," or "Summarized by Date."
This application creates the X_RP_CA table for use in account mapping.
