Use this screen to configure account options for downloading data from Costpoint to Resource Planning. This application builds a parameter record that is used by the integration process to download information from the ACCT or X_RP_CA tables.
Use this screen after you have properly configured your account information either directly in the Costpoint Chart of Accounts, or in the Maintain Chart of Accounts function in the CRM/GovWin/RP Integration menu and before setting up interface instances in the Interface Configuration and Scheduler application (in Costpoint Product Interfaces).
Use this drop-down box to select the version of Resource Planning you are using.
Use this group box to specify how accounts should be processed.
Select this checkbox to download account information using account mapping.
If you select this checkbox, the interface will process the entire chart of accounts defined for Resource Planning (in the Maintain Chart of Accounts screen), and the only selection criterion will be the Use Last Processed Time Stamp checkbox. If you do not select this checkbox, the interface will use the selection criteria in the Select Accounts group box to control the Costpoint accounts selected.
Select this option to download account information that is new or has changed in Costpoint since the last time the integration process was run. Unselect this checkbox to download all applicable account information, in accordance with the other options selected in this screen, regardless of the last time the process was run.
Use this group box to identify which types of accounts should be selected from the Costpoint Chart of Accounts. These checkboxes will not be available if you select the Use Account Mapping checkbox.
Select this checkbox to download project-required accounts.
Select this checkbox to download non-project required accounts.
Use this group box to further narrow the selection of Costpoint accounts. These checkboxes will not be available if you select the Use Account Mapping checkbox.
Select this checkbox to include active accounts in the integration process.
Select this checkbox to include inactive accounts in the integration process.
Use this group box to specify the account range that will be used by the interface process to select account information from Costpoint. If you select the "All" Range Option, all applicable account information will be included in the download. These options will not be available if you select the Use Account Mapping checkbox.
Use this drop-down box to select the account ID range for the current parameter record. Options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End."
Enter, or use Lookup to select, the starting (in the From field) and ending (in the To field) accounts for the current parameter record. When you use Lookup in either field, you can choose from a list of existing accounts in Costpoint.
Select this checkbox to create a customized, non-contiguous list of accounts for the current parameter record. Begin by selecting the Range Option, and then populate the From and/or To fields. Once you complete your selection, apply it to the list box by selecting the Apply pushbutton. Repeat this process as many times as necessary so that you can specify the accounts to be selected and processed. To remove one of the range selections, highlight it in the list box and select the Remove pushbutton. The order of the selections in the list box does not affect the interface process. If you uncheck the List Mode checkbox while the list box is populated, the system will display the following warning message: "Changing Range Option will clear the Selection List Box field. Continue?" Select Yes to clear the list box of its current contents. Select No to return to the main screen.
Select this pushbutton to add the selected account IDs in the From and/or To fields to the list box. The interface will use only the accounts in the list box (and the other settings in this screen) to download account data from Costpoint into Deltek Resource Planning. This pushbutton is enabled only if you select the List Mode checkbox.
To remove one of the account selections, highlight it in the list box and select the Remove pushbutton.
Account setup information is stored either in the Costpoint ACCT table, or the interface X_RP_CA table (if you use account mapping). The configuration parameter data is stored in the X_OBJ_SUPP table.
