MICROFRAME WBS MAPPINGS

Use this screen to map Deltek Costpoint project IDs to Microframe WBS IDs. You must complete this screen before transferring any data to Microframe if the WBS ID Source is "Project" in the Microframe Transfer screen.

Range Option

Use this drop-down box to select the range of source IDs to be included in this mapping screen. Valid options are "All," "One," "Range," "From Beginning," and "To End." The default for this field is "All."

From

Enter, or use Lookup to select, the starting source ID for the range you want to include in the transfer. If you select "All" or "From Beginning" in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.

To

Enter, or use Lookup to select, the ending source ID for the range you want to include in the transfer. If you select "All," "One," or "To End" in the Range Option field, this field will be inactive.

Set WBS to Project

Select this checkbox to populate the Work Breakdown Structure column with the same values that are in the Project column.

Load Projects

Select this pushbutton to automatically load the mapping table. If the mapping table is empty, the Project and Project Name columns will be populated based on the selected range of projects. If the table already has mapped rows in it, these rows will be displayed along with the un-mapped rows sorted by Project.

Table Window

Project

Enter the Costpoint project ID to be mapped. You can use Lookup to select a valid project ID.

Project Name

This column is automatically loaded with the name associated with the selected Project from Costpoint.

Work Breakdown Structure

Enter the WBS ID from MPM that corresponds to the selected Costpoint project ID.

Note:  Items entered in the Work Breakdown Structure column are limited to 20 characters, the maximum character length acceptable for MPM.
