Use this subtask view and change annual open enrollment medical and dependent care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) elections made in ESS. You can also assign FSA information to employees in the Employee Dependent Care FSA Elections and Employee Medical Care FSA Elections screens in Costpoint Employee (Costpoint Benefits in Costpoint 4.0).
This non-editable field displays the FSA year in which the Medical FSA election will become effective for this employee. The value in this field defaults from the New FSA Year field in the ESS Company Settings screen.
This non-editable field displays the date on which the Medical FSA election will become effective for this employee. The value in this field defaults from the Start Date field in the Medical Care FSA Setup screen in Costpoint Benefits for the FSA year.
This field displays the annual Medical FSA amount for this employee, but can be changed. This amount cannot be greater than the Maximum Amount in the Medical Care FSA Setup screen in Costpoint Benefits.
Select this checkbox indicate that the Medical FSA Election has been confirmed in the system by the ESS Administrator in this screen or by the employee in ESS. You can edit the status of this checkbox.
