A user-maintained table lists the numeric values of the eight factors for determining underutilization of groups, which in turn enables you to perform underutilization tests separately for minorities and women. Additional reporting capabilities include the EEO-1 Report, the VETS-100 Report, and a report displaying termination figures related to EEO codes.
This module also includes employee-related reports to provide information on new hires, transfers, promotions, and training.
