Use this screen to manually enter specific state and local tax data for submission to CTS. After you create a Periodic or Quarterly tax file, the Create CTS Tax File application reads the appropriate table to determine whether data is assigned to a particular CTS Client ID for the period or quarter being reported and, if so, includes that data in the file.
Use this field to view the CTS Client ID to which the quarterly tax data applies. This field is populated with the CTS Client ID from the main screen upon initialization of the subtask.
Required. Use this field to enter the 4-digit payroll year to which the tax data applies. The value must be numeric and must exist in the Pay Periods table.
Required. Select the quarter (1, 2, 3 or 4) to which the tax data applies.
Enter the number of Full-Time Equivalent Vermont employees for the specified Client ID/Payroll Year/Quarter combination who do not have health care coverage.
If this value is greater than zero, the number is reported in the Vermont State-015 record of the Quarterly CTS Tax file. If no value is entered, the field is populated by default with 0.00 when you save the record.
