Add a Watermarked Asset to a Review

You can add watermarked Assets in Reviews via the Review Builder.

Before you can apply watermark on an Asset, ensure that the following setting is set to Yes:

• Allow assets to have watermark protection

For instructions, see Enable Watermark Protection on Assets.

Also, this task assumes that you have the appropriate permissions to upload assets.

To add a watermarked Asset to a Review:

1. Log into your account.
2. In the Navigation panel, click Projects.
3. On the Projects dashboard, click a project, and click the Reviews tab.
4. On the Reviews screen, click Get Feedback.
   Alternatively, you can go to the Assets tab and click Get Feedback.
5. In the Review Builder, specify a Review Name.
6. In the Assets to Review pane, click Add assets to review .
7. To upload an Asset, do one of the following:
   • To upload an Asset from your machine, click Browse to add assets , select a file or files, and click Open.
   • To upload an Asset from the web, click Add web content capture and enter the URL. Click OK.
   • Drag and drop an Asset from your machine to the Assets to Review pane.
8. In the New Asset Details section, select the Apply Watermark checkbox.
9. In the text field, use the pre-configured text or enter new text.
10. Click any of the following:

    Option	Description
    Save	Click this button to save the Review while keeping the Review Builder open so you can continue working on the review.
    Save and Close	Click this button to save the Review and close the Review Builder.

ConceptShare notifies reviewers when a participant adds an Asset to a Review.

Note: You must wait for the Asset to finish uploading before you can create another Review.
